Intercity transit estimates in this industry are routinely quoted optimistically to win bookings, and then missed. Ours are quoted from how the route actually runs — driver hours, halts, and whether your consignment is a dedicated truck or a part load that consolidates en route. A part load that waits two days to fill is not 'delayed'; it is doing what part loads do, and we say so before you book, not after.
Two practical suggestions for any long route: take the transit insurance seriously — on a 1,500-kilometre journey it is the cheapest peace of mind you will buy — and plan your own travel so you arrive before the truck. Delivery against the packing list needs you (or someone you trust) at the door; unloading into an empty flat with nobody checking the list defeats the point of having one.

No, and we will not pretend to. We are Gurgaon-based; packing, loading and transit management are handled by our own team from here, with delivery arranged and verified against the packing list at the destination.
