Items are packed, labelled, and logged on a list you can check against on delivery.
You see what goes on the truck before it leaves. The lorry receipt/bilty is issued as part of the dispatch documentation.
Goods are unloaded and matched against the same list made at pickup. GST invoice follows once you've confirmed everything's in.
